Q: What if my child has food allergies? Please let us know about any allergies when you book during the questionnaire.

We can accommodate many dietary restrictions and ensure safe treats during the session. If you prefer, you’re welcome to bring your own snacks or treats as well.

Q: What if my child is shy or scared of Santa?A: Every child reacts differently to Santa, and that’s completely okay! Our Santa is warm, gentle, and experienced with children of all personalities. We will take things at your child’s pace to create a comfortable, positive experience. No pressure—just lots of kindness and patience.

Q: Who can be included in the session? A: The session price covers your family—parents, siblings, cousins and grandparents are all welcome to join the photos at no extra charge. We love family around here!

Q: Where will the session take place? A: The session location is to be announced, but will be a cozy, beautifully styled kitchen space within the Chattanooga or surrounding areas. Once the location is finalized, we’ll share all the details including parking and arrival instructions.

Q: What should we wear? A: I will provide a detailed styling guide to help you plan the perfect outfits. I’m happy to work with you on outfit ideas to ensure everyone looks coordinated and comfortable for the Christmas baking theme.

Q: How long is the session? A: The session lasts approximately 15 minutes, designed to be a fun, stress-free experience for your little ones with Santa.

Q: When and how will we receive our photos? A: You’ll receive professionally edited digital images in a private online gallery within 2 weeks after your session.

Q: What if we need to reschedule? A: Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another available date.
